For the last twenty years, the creative and business world was governed by a single, invisible law: Execution is Expensive.

Because engineering hours, video editing, and copywriting were scarce resources, we built entire philosophies to protect them. We invented “Agile” to manage capacity. We wrote PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to avoid wasting code. We lived by the proverb: “Measure twice, cut once”.

Then, the floor collapsed.

In the AI Era, the cost of execution has fallen to zero. What used to take a team of three people a week can now be done by one person in an afternoon.

The market has reacted with a predictable, panic-induced reflex: Brute Force Acceleration.

The new gospel shouts: “Execution is cheap, so do everything”. It tells the filmmaker to generate 50 scripts. It tells the founder to launch 20 micro-sites. It tells the writer to publish every day.

But for the independent creative or the small business owner, this advice is a trap. If you indiscriminately apply “Brute Force” to your work, you will not build an empire; you will build a landfill.

Here is the map of when to use the new speed, when to reject it, and what to do instead.
